A Band Called Boris, Part 0: Just A List
So I am working on a much longer writeup about the band Boris, and I realized that what I would like to do with it will end up taking a lot more time than I initially planned. Because of that, I wanted to make a blog post slightly earlier that covers, what is in my mind, just the list of albums that I would consider Boris's main discography. Most of these are regular studio albums, but there is also one split album, one compilation album, and a few live releases in here. Additionally, for some of the albums in this list of 47 releases, you may notice multiple versions of the release listed, with differing release dates and record labels. Over the years, some of Boris's releases had slight differences between the version released in Japan and the versions released internationally, (or in the case of vein, immense differences between versions). There is often no "correct" version of these releases, so do not feel worried that you have to listen to them all unless you really want to be a completionist. That said, for a few releases, there is a version that I would recommend personally. If this is the case, you will find my preferred version bolded. Anyway, keep on rocking in the free world, and enjoy my list of Boris's general discography.
